Hi, I’m Alex! I’m a researcher, writer, equity enthusiast, and lifelong learner based in NYC.

My decade-long career in nonprofit and public health has made me a jack of all trades, but also a Master of Public Health! My experiences in Thailand and Rwanda taught me that social change truly starts with the community. The people I've met from all walks of life have shaped my leadership style, showing me what partnership and equity look like in action.

I lean on my training as an epidemiologist to translate research data into viable program recommendations for NYC communities. But I take the most pride in working with small nonprofits and grassroots movements. Together, we've connected with cultures around the globe and redefined what's possible.

After working at so many organizations, I’ve developed the ability to quickly identify what works and what doesn’t. As a firm believer in working smarter, not harder, I'm eager to share my insights and solutions to maximize our collective impact. After all, social change is a marathon, not a sprint—it doesn’t need to be unnecessarily taxing.
